Overview
In 2022, at GameChange Solar we developed our three year plan to manage and scale environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. We organise this work across four strategic pillars: repower, rethink, empower and governance. Each pillar of our strategy has a clear line of responsibility to a management team representative along with specific markers of progress. At the same time, we will ensure our efforts are not siloed and instead reflect the cross-functional challenges inherent to creating a sustainable business.
